| Roommate Situation: I am a laid back landlord looking for a new roommate as one of them is moving out to be with his girlfriend. I offer the following. A room with wireless internet and cable TV. I have house that was redone 2 years ago so the kitchen and bathroom are new. I have washer and dryer for you to use. I have a big backyard. I have a garage for storage. I also have a pool to use during the warm weather. I am near the new Tanger Outlets, near the LIRR railroad, near beaches, and near all major highways. I am only asking that anyone that lives in my house not do drugs, be an excessive drinker, or smoke-(however OK to do outside the house).

| Roommate Situation: I am looking to rent out 1 of my 3 rooms in my house starting Oct 1st. I also have one other roommate living in the house so you have to be OK with sharing a house
with someone. My house-has a decent size room to rent out. It has no cable but if you want to have it can be added for a fee but after that it be included in
the price of the rent. I have a TV you can use. I have wireless internet in the house. I have a nice clean kitchen and bathroom. I also have a laundry room for use. I am near the LIRR Railroad, shopping, and all major highways. I am looking for drug free, smoking free, and someone who is not a big drinker. I have a dog so you have to be OK with him. The rental agreement is month to month because that way you don't have to be locked into any agreement and I don't either. If interested
