Roommate Situation: Looking for someone to live in grandmothers house. She is a smoker. 82 yrs. old - just wants company because she does not like to stay by herself at night. Must be kind, patient and able to listed to the same stories repetatively. Able to tidy up and work with someone who is losing memory. Would be very willing to negotiate rent amount down based on helpfulness. No party people or lots of firends in and out as it would confuse her.
