| Roommate Situation: hi. my name is Tiffany. I actually put this ad up for my girlfriend. She is trying to find two roommates to share a 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home in burlington city. It's a beautiful house,hardwood floors on the first floor, newly carpeted 2nd and 3rd floors, decent size yard very spacious living room, great room and kitchen. the rent is around $900 (well $760, but with utilities and such it comes out to about $900) a month and you would have your own room and bathroom, the deposit is about $1520 a piece. | Roommate Situation: My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out one of our upstairs bedrooms. Rent does include utilies and use of whole house plus laundry facility. We are pretty lad back couple and work a lot so you will some time to your self during the day. We do not part much if at all, but do like to grill all summer. We really want someone that has a steady work history so there is no issue of rent being paid. Do not want another animal in the home since we already have a dog, but a cagged pet is ok.
