| Roommate Situation: Basically I have a great situation less than 4 miles to the beach and about 300 feet from a private beach on the river where i keep my boat and wave runner. It's 2.5 years old, 2400+ sq. feet with basement and garage for storage, drivway parking for your vehicle, wireless high speed internet, dish network with all the channels + HDTV and DVRs throughout the house. 2 full refrigerators, washer, dryer, fireplace, eat in kitchen, pool table, foosball, large open downstairs, hot tub. It's probably the best situation one can find anywhere in this area.
