Top floor in converted 3 story house. Located a few blocks from the beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Ample street parking. Private entrance at back of house. Apartment Heat/Water/Trash included. Cable (optional)/electricity costs split. Wi-Fi internet accessible. Landlord lives on first floor of house.
About me:
25 year-old female, originally from the Mid West, I have lived in Ocean Grove, and this apartment for the last two years. I work as a waitress/bartender and keep various hours. I do spend a lot of time in the apartment, but I’m neat and clean and respectful. I smoke, but not in the apartment. I don’t have any pets, but am willing to share my space with one. Cats are fine, as are dogs, birds, turtles, fish, hamsters, frogs, toads, etc…but no snakes. I'm easy to get along with and pretty accommodating. I don't throw crazy parties--unless of course you're throwing it with me.
I'm looking for someone who is relaxed and groovy but also respectful and responsible, easy to get along with, flexible, with a good sense of humor.
