| Roommate Situation: I am a single, professional, work hard/play hard male who is looking for a similar roommate! The room is small, however, there is closet/garage storage, washer/dryer in unit, hall bath (which is not shared by me, just is the main bath for guests). All utilities including internet/cable are included. I am very rarely home due to personal/business travel. The common areas are fully furnished (quite nicely if I might add). I am currently looking for a housekeeper which would also be included in the rent (for the common spaces and bathroom). Any questions, please email me!
