| Roommate Situation: Hi my name is Suzanne nice to meet you here.. I am a very busy professional website designer and brocker.. I have wonderful and beautifully landscapes 6 room three bedroom home in Lee NH looking rent out two large rooms. There will be three of us all together.. and rooms are separted for privacy! Looking to share my home with either two working professionals or students.. I've have for the past couple of years taken in students from UNH I live about 4 miles from the college.. and I am 25 minutes out of Portsmouth NH and 20 from all major high way connects! My home is brand newly renovated. and very modern.. I have two rooms available very large and and modern.. new white carpeting.. has a sky light and the other is completely furnished and both are in move in condition..2. I second bedroom is fully furnished.. has brand new carpeting. I do have two beautiful labs. rental agreement nog. rooms are now available .
