THERE ARE THREE WOMEN AND ONE MAN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 22 AND 47. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED CLOSE TO TWO MAJOR HIGHWAYS, A MALL AND SEVERAL BUSINESSES. LARGE BACKYARD AND BACK DECK. 4 ENTRANCES INTO HOUSE. | Roommate Situation: if your interested.
The condex: 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath newly updated condex in quiet safe neightborhood. Just a few miles from Rt 93 and downtown Londonderry. 10 minutes from Manchester. Condex has all hardwood and tile flooring, cathedral ceilings in livingroom, large deck and fenced in back yard, four car off street parking, washer dryer, storage, and various other ammenities.
The room: The available room is located on the lower level with the other bedroom and the full bath. The room is on the smaller side but has hardwood floors, a wall to wall closet and windows overlooking the backyard. It is furnished with a fouton, dresser, nightstand and armoire if needed. Cable and phone ready.
Us: I am a 25 year old vet tech and nursing student. My boyfriend is a 28 year old mechanist. I work days andend classes at night. He works the overnight shift and sleeps during the day (8am to 4pm, and he could sleep though a tornado). We are a very happy, drama free couple. We are very trustworthy, clean and respectful. I enjoy animals, cooking, photography, camping and doing house/yardwork,, he enjoys fishing, motorcycling, being outdoors and football. We have a very well behaved medium sized dog, and three cats that are never a bother. We very rarely have company over.
Our ideal roomate: We would prefer a female roomate, a tad younger than we are, but are open to anybody who would fit the bill. We need somebody who is respectful and who we are able to trust. We would like to become friends with our new roomate, so common interests would be great. Pets are welcome here, but smokers are not.
