| Roommate Situation: I just moved into my condo last month. I'm possibly looking for a roomate to move in to help out with the rent and utilities. I'm a very easy going person. I get along with almost anybody. I do not throw parties at my place, but I do occasionally have friends over. I do not smoke, I do drink on occasion.
The place is a beautiful and located in Summerlin. I have marble kitchen counter tops. There is 20 inch tile through out the entire place. The only carpet is in the stairway from the garage. The appliances are Stainless steel. The bathroom showers and sinks are done in tile. There is a gym, a basketball court, and a pool.
The only downfall is I have no furniture. The only thing I have is a TV and a TV stand. Contact me for more info. I have some pictures online of the place.
