There are 3 bedrooms available.
Downstairs bedroom has its own bath and space in the enclosed garage. $625 includes utilities (Gas, Water, Power, Basic Cable)
Upstairs Bedroom is a shared bath with one other person. $450 includes utilities
All the bedrooms are furnished with

All linen provided including sheets, towels.

Gas Stove
Gas Dryer

Yard
And Access to Southern Terrace Clubhouse. The clubhouse is walking distance to my home. The Clubhouse features:
Well-equipped Gym
2 pools-One pool is designated for families and the other for ADULTS ONLY.
It is important to keep the community area neat and tidy. If this does not describe you then you probably wouldn't like it here.
Other stuff that might mean something to you:
No Smoking in the home. Smoking is okay in the outside patio.
