| Roommate Situation: I am a pharmacy student at Ferris looking for two roommates who are looking for a place to live with an atmosphere that is conducive to study. No smoking, drugs, wild parties. The house is big with plenty of room for a private study spot in addition to the den upstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs; there is also a study/den and full bath upstairs. There are porches pleasant for studying, large rooms on the first floor that work well for study groups. There is a basement with washer and dryer and their use is included in the rent. There is a large yard with flowers and trees. There is a garage for safe storage of bikes. I have an elderly dog and very shy cats who will take a very long time to get acquainted with you. I would prefer not to have other pets in the house, but that *may* be negotiable depending on the pet.

| Roommate Situation: I have a room for rent in Big Rapids. It is a 4 bedroom house with 2 baths. Rent is 400 plus utilities which are split between everyone. The house is 3 houses away from campus it is located at 602 S. Warren. They allow pets. There is 3 girls living there and one of the girls fiance is currently living there but you will probably never see him. My room is the biggest in the house and as a bathroom connected to it which is also connected to one other girls room so it would be just the two of you sharing it. There are dogs that live there so you are able to also bring your animals. The lease is from now or as soon as you could move in until the end of July. Please let me know if you would be interested. The only reason I am moving is because i got into a nursing program back in Grand Rapids.

My Roomate and I are kind of in a mess. We had a roomate lined up (My Girlfriendhe time) who has just bailed on us. So we are currently looking for a roomate or even two if possible. The house is newly redone on the inside and is walking distance from campus. The deposite is taken care of (I paid it , so whoever signs the lease doesnt have to worry about it) My roomate and i are pretty easy going guys that are chilled most of the time. | Roommate Situation: I own a home about 15 minutes from Big Rapids. The house is right on the Muskegon River on a dirt road. The entire basement is finished with a bedroom overlooking the river, an office, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen upstairs will be available as well as laundry facilities. There is hook up for dish network and this will be added to cost of rent if desired. I do have two cats that will be upstairs and prefer the renter does not have pets. I also ask that there is no smoking in the house. Parties are also NOT allowed. Rent includes utilities (garbage, water, electric, gas).
