| Roommate Situation: Thank you for visiting the summary of my home! Here's the situation - I own a three bedroom bungalow in Berkley, MI with a full basement and live there all by my lonesome. I do have two dogs, but they stay at my boyfriend's house so it would be a rarity for my roommate to see them. My house was bought as a foreclosure, so since purchasing it I have made MANY improvements. The windows will be replacedhe end of this month, the roof is new, all paint is fresh. Wood floors in both available bedrooms. The basement will be finished shortly, there is already a full bar downstairs and I plan on making it a second living area. There is a washer and dryer on site, at no charge to you. All in all, it's a comfortable home and move-in ready. Please let me know if you're interested and we can schedule a meeting. Thanks again!
