| Roommate Situation: I am a female looking to rent a room in my condo to another female or a gay male. Rent of $445 includes the cost of cable and all utilities. Condo is in great shape with newer appliances, and has a very nice view. The room is spacious & has a semi walk-in closet and renter would have their own full bathroom. I can also provide a very nice queen bed and nightstand if desired at no extra cost. We would share the kitchen and laundry room. The condo is on the 2nd floor and located in the Meadows of Van Buren Condominiums at Belleville & Tyler Rd. Very close to 94 & about 10 minutes away from 275. I am a very friendly, clean non-smoker. | Roommate Situation: Hello, I am a 29 year old single mom, my daughter lives with me 100% of the time. I have a small - unfurnished room for rent beginning of Oct. I am very flexable (as long as you are not up all night making noise) Rent/Utilities is split 3 ways (I wouldn't make you pay rent since there is me and my daughter and we use 2/3 of everything) the rent is to cover 1/3 rent and utilities include Cable, DTE, and Internet - If you do not need cable/internet then I can take those off. But DTE would stay.
