It's a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, living room/dining room, kitchen and balcony apartment on the third floor and it's an intercom building. It's in Park Place and Hill Crest Apts. There is a pool, an exercise building that's open 24 hours, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, 24-hour maintenance, wi-fi pool and free wi-fi club house, covered bike racks, mail boxes are inside apartment buildings, and there is a on-site laundry facility.The location is great because it's right off of Stadium Blvd. and Maple Rd. so stores, restaurants, and gas stations are walking distance. The location is also on the aata bus route. The #8 and 15 are the closest routes but the 12A and 12B routes aren't too far either.
The apartment complex is located at 2094 Pauline Blvd.. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, carpet, storage, gym, parking, laundry, dishwasher, pool. Your room is unfurnished. It features furnished, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 0.00, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - about $65.00. The DTE and AUM bills are approximately $15-30 per person. She has Comcast digital cable and internet that can be split between each of you if you choose to use them.
The lease ends in June 2009.

| Roommate Situation: I am looking for a new roommate for my two bedroom apartment for October 1st. I need a roommate by this datehe latest, but it could be possible to move in during September, as well. I'm done with school, so I currently work all day and try to find some fun on the weekends. I enjoy weightlifting, running, biking and basketball. I do enjoy going out once and while (like hitting up some bars downtown), but I like to keep the craziness out of my apartment so that I can go to bed when I want. :) As far as the apartment goes, it includes the following:

| Roommate Situation: hello! i'm moving into a 2 br place at harbor house apartment homes (on eisenhower pkwy) on july 1st and i'd like a roommate to share it with. you'd have your own bedroom and full bathroom, there's a gas fireplace with mantel, balcony, vaulted ceiling, track lighting, crown molding, w/d in the unit (not coin operated). my bathroom has a jacuzzi tub that you can use... while i'm not in there ;) free parking spot outside, plus you have the option to pay $50/month for covered parking during the winter months. i'm approximating $60/month for utilities but i'm sure it will flucuate from month to month. i do have a cat so if you're allergic, now would be the time to hit 'back.' i'm a 22 yr old drexel music grad who will be working as a booking agent with fleming artists. i just grabbed the photos on here from harbor house's website... that's not my furniture. same layout though! any other questions, just ask. bitteeincris @

| Roommate Situation: I have 1-bedroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment to sublet through the end of July with the opportunity to resign after that. It can be available anytime between now and January 9th depending on how fast all of this moves. [The apartments I'm looking to move into are available on those dates.]
The apartment is in Park Place Apartments [ /apartments/michigan/ann-arbor-ypsilanti/park-place-apartments ] which is on Pauline Blvd at Stadium. Park Place/McKinley properties are great, they've been nothing but helpful to me, and I do intend to stick with them, just move to a one bedroom, so I can assure you you'd be moving into a wonderful complex. There is also a bus stop right outside of the apartment, and is close enough to downtown without being too close where you have to deal with all the parking/traffic with games.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath at $749/month costing you $374.50/month + half the utilities. You'd have half of the AUM bill, which is usually pretty standard at around $30/month (so $15 for you) + half of the DTE bill. Cable and internet is extra.
Bedroom will not be furnished.
