My name is Arianna I am 20 and originally from the North Shore area(Manchester By The Sea). I am going to be transferring back home and going to NSCC as a Marketing major possibly with a minor in vocal performance or graphic design. I am very social and love getting to meet new people. But, I have enough self discipline to know when to put my social life aside and focus on my studies. I am very respectful but do like my quiet time. I am a non smoker and am quite clean. I am also extremely reliable and always pay my bills on time.My preference is to live in Peabody, Danvers, Salem or Beverly...with either female or male, and looking to spend up to about $700 with utilities included.

ROOM MATE WANTED For Home in Danvers.
Available Sept 1 or can move in the weekend before (Aug 23rd?).
$700 plus ½ Utils. First & Last mo’s rent to move in. Located in between Rte. 95 and 128. Near bus line, shopping center, 2 min walk to downtown Danvers.
You will have the third floor of the house which includes two large rooms, one for your bedroom and the other for your own private living room with air conditioning and your own heat zone. We share a 1 ½ bathrooms and full size kitchen with the owner of the house. Bedroom is semi furnished with Futon and coffee table and television. WIFI, Digital Cable, and Washer/Dryer in the house so no visits to the Laundromat! Large yard and deck for summer cookouts and hangin’ out. Parking. NICE, Quiet neighborhood!
Me: Single, professional woman. I am sane and as drama-free as one can be in this world. I work out of my home. I have two cats. I am sports fan. I don’t drink, smoke or use drugs.
You: Be responsible, mature, easy-going, friendly, open-minded. If you like sports that’s great, but not necessary! No smoking or drugs. Minimal alcohol if any.
