| Roommate Situation: I am a down to earth guy, Looking for same. I enjoy all sports, outdoor acitivity etc. The space available is located in the upstairs area of the house. There are two living spaces with A TV in each area for viewing. There is also a 3/4 bath downstairs that can be utilized when the upstairs bathroom is in use. The area is a very quiet area. There is also off street parking.

| Roommate Situation: I'm a 50+ y/o professional who lives in Rhode Island and works in Chelmsford, MA.
I own this 2 bedroom/1 bath first floor (750 sq ft) condo in Chelmsford, MA to avoid the long commute home each day. Looking for roommate in similar situation. Have basic cable and no internet currently (not there enough to justify.)
First floor, patio entrance, electric grill.
Downtown Boston is 35 minute drive and is easily reached via commuter rail in an hour.
Fully furnished. New applicances, carpets paint etc.
Plenty of parking.
I don't smoke/drink and have no pets (here). I also clean-up after myself and cook pretty well.
Place is very near many highways (495, rt 3 etc).
Nothing opulent, but more than meets my needs.
