| Roommate Situation: This is a gorgeous renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo in Cambridge with an
in-suite full-size washer and dryer and a new energy efficient
dishwasher. The condominium has been recently re-painted and all new
bathroom fixtures in both bathrooms installed, including new high
efficiency toilets, and new stainless steel kitchen energy efficient
appliances. The common areas include a swimming pool and fitness
center. The building is a 10 minute driving commute to downtown
Boston and located within walking distance of the Cambridgeside
Galleria. It is also convenient to the Museum of Science, Harvard and
MIT. The main condominium bldg is directly across the street from a

Walk to red line or MIT in 10 mins. The bus stop is 2 min walk from the apt. The bus ride to kendall/lechmere/harvard square is only 10mins.
The apt has a sunroom and laundry in the basement. There is plenty of street parking. The room for rent has nice hardwood floors and newly painted.
The room also comes furnished if you need furniture.
There are 2 Roommates:
1. Male , 25yr old, graphic designer, works in cambridge.
2. Male, 26 yr old, accountant , works in Boston.

| Roommate Situation: The apartment is partially furnished, with a leather couch and all. 4 floors up it's pretty quiet. Your room is 9 1/2 ft. long on one side and 11 ft. on the other, and 8 ft. wide with a large window that gets lots of light. the only potential problem is that it doesn't have any closets in the actual room, though there are 2 closets saved for you in the apt. Plus we have an entireic space, which is Huge, at our disposal for storage.
I am a 20 year old studenthe North Bennet Street School for violin making. I am clean and organized, and can get along with anyone. I love frisbee and all other lawn games. I love being outside, hiking, biking, rock climbing, snowboarding.
I'm looking for a room-mate of a similar age, and preferably a student also. Must be clean in shared spaces, not smoke inside, and no parties. Other than that I'm sure we'd get along great.

| Roommate Situation: WE NEED A ROOMMATE BY THE END OF OCTOBER!
Looking for an outgoing, understanding, fun and responsible fourth roommate, for our 4-bedroom apartment located at 74 Salem Street, 10 minutes from the Sawyer building at Suffolk. We are looking for someone that will live here starting as soon as you can until August 31, 2009.
Cable and internet will be payed for, the rent is $800 per person per month, plus utilities running from $50-100 a month.
We are all sophomores at Suffolk, our fourth roommate is moving due to her own financial issues. We are on the top floor and we have a great roof deck.
4 bedrooms, great kitchen, fully furnished living room, nicely decorated, you will not need to bring anything except for what you will need for your bedroom and of course anything else you will want to bring. We are very social and love having a good time, we have four great guy friends who live below us so the building is always a safe and fun place. We love meeting new people and want to make this next year as great as possible.
We would like to interview anyone who is seriously interested as soon as possible, we are very laid back girls who are ready to welcome a great new roommate.
