| Roommate Situation: I am looking for a mature professional to share a 1200 sq/ft 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a porch in Canton. Heat and hot water are included in the rent but we would split the other utilities. The apartment has a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer. The complex has a 24 hr gym, a pool, a tennis court, and plenty of parking. There are also ponds, waterfalls, and lots of trees. It is very quiet and peaceful. The commuter rail is less than a mile away. Person must supply references, be willing to have a credit check, and sign a one year lease. You must also like cats. I have a 13yr old shy but sweet cat.
