| Roommate Situation: Single female..pretty quiet...I am looking for a non smoker, professional person that can pay rent no questions asked on time every month..okay with occasional parties however not too crazy, since I am in the second unit of a three family. Pretty good size room. You can paint it whatever color you want just nothing too outrageous. Must like cats and an occasional visit by dog (who is hypoallergenic). Cable hooked up in living room if you want it in your room it will be an extra cost to install(Cables rules not mine). Wireless internet. Off street parking. Washer and dryer in unit. Apartment is fully furnished you only need to furnish your bedroom. However you can bring whatever you want. Small storage space in basement. Very nice Dorchester Center neighborhood(Adam street side). 15 minute walk to T (redline).

| Roommate Situation: We have a room available in our very spacious (gay friendly) waterfront apartment. We are a 10-15min T ride to Park Street. (The apartment is a 3 min walk to the T)
The room is large enough to fit a king size bed and all your other stuff. It also has a walk in closet and a private entrance.
The apartment is 1500sq/ft and has a full kitchen, 1.5 baths, in-unit laundry, and ample space! The apartment is 2 years old so everything is brand new and "green!" We have a 60 inch TV that is great for watching movies etc. Currently there all all guys living in the apartment, all smoke/drug-free. We are all fun to hang out with and love to have a good time but know when to call it quits. Rent is $700/mth which includes heat, hot water, air conditioning, and internet. The only extra we pay for is the electric.
