| Roommate Situation: I’m just a regular down to earth guy, and I work full time Monday – Friday with the occasional day off here and there (not counting the weekend of course). I love movies, play video games, go out to eat and order in, but I can cook pretty well too.
I do have 2 cats (2 animals are the limit for the apartment), they are well trained and other then being a handful once in a while, they are mostly well mannered. LOL
I try to keep the work week simple, so no crazy late nights or loud noises past 10 or 11. Have to be able to roll out of bed the next morning. Weekends are pretty much anything goes, and I can be found out or in, and wouldn’t mind having someone to do that with if you cared to join.
Your rent will cover the master-bedroom + master bath and large walk in closet, and high-speed wireless internet and cable. I do have a HD-DVR box in the living room, so no need to miss any of our favorite shows. In the apartment there is a washer and dryer, and well set kitchen to include a microwave. Electric/Gas will need to be split, and I do not have a home phone (use the cell).
The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is already set up.
I’m looking for someone within my age range if possible, male or female is fine, and would also be open to a couple (master bath has side by side sinks). I put 18+, but I do drink on occasion so 21+ would be preferred.
The location is a bit distant from most public transportation so it would be best if you had your own transportation. Easy access to Route 3 from the apartment complex, and within 20 mins from Lowell and Burlington, roughly 30-40 mins from Downtown Boston. The commuter rail in Billerica isn’t too bad, at about 8 to 10 mins drive, and parking is $4 a day.
I’m not a compulsive cleaner, but try to keep the place at least decent. I don’t smoke, but there is a balcony for you if you do (protection from most weather, but you’re stuck with the wind. :-( Would love to work with someone to get you moved in and started. Ideally on a lease till the current one ends (July 2010), with the option to resign into a new leasehat point. Look forward to meeting you!
