| Roommate Situation: We have 2 bedrooms for rent in a sfh. 1st is a master bedroom(13'x11') that is 650.00 including utilities, high speed internet and fios tv You have your own private bathroom in the room . 2nd bedroom is 625.00 and is 11'x11' and You have your own private bathroom accross the hall . My wife and i live downstairs and we rent the 2 rooms upstairs. You have access to a washer and dryer and full kitchen privileges We are very laid back people and live in a clean house in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. it’s close to red line metro,bus line and wheaton plaza we have 2 little lovable dogs and 1 outdoor cat..
