| Roommate Situation: I'm 21 and a studentowson University. I also work full time. I tend to go out a lot on the weekends. I have a dog who stays in my kitchen. Rent is $500 and utilities are about $100. The apartment is in a nice complex in Cockeysville and is fully furnished (except for the room being rented). There's a washer and dryer, full kitchen, family room, living / dining room that my current roommate uses as an office, lots of storage area, balcony, and full bathroom. I have a very busy schedule so I'm not home that much. I don't mind dogs, but I'm allergic to cats, so no cats please.
