| Roommate Situation: Im 22 years old looking for a roommate to share a 4-bedroom house. Its a nice size house with a large backyard and screened in porch. Its in a great location and near rt. 50, rt. 301, rt. 3, and the beltway. You can be to DC, Baltimore, or Annapolis in 30 minutes. I have a government job and work werid hours, but like to go out and have fun when im off. Im just looking for another guy around my same age who isnt a slob and will be fun to hang around with.

| Roommate Situation: THE HOUSE IS A SINGLE FAMILY HOME. FULLY FURNISHED. THERE ARE 2 BEDROOMS AVAILABLE. PREFER NON-SMOKING BUT CAN ALWAYS GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE (CIGARETTES) IF NEED/ARE SMOKERS. LARGE KITCHEN WITH UPDATED APPL. DINNING AREA, FULL DECK, LARGE FRONT YARD AND BACKYARD. PLEASE NO PETS!!!! THE UTILITIES (WATER, ELECTRIC, OIL ONLY IN WINTER FROM OCT -MARCH) BUT I HAVE DECIDED TO USE SPACE HEATERS THIS WINTER COMING OR IF THE NEW RENTERS WHOM WANTS TO RENT THE 2 AVAIL ROOMS WE CAN WORK WITH THE OIL TOGETHER IF LIKE ( THE OIL WOULD RUN 700-800) FOR THOSE WINTER MOS. SO THAT IS WHY I CHOSE TO USE SPACE HEATERS. THE HOUSE GETS A LOT OF SUN SO IT RARELY GETS COLD AT ALL DURING THE DAY AND AT NIGHT ONLY RAN THE HEAT TO HEAT THE HOUSE AND THEN NEEDED TO SHUT OFF BECAUS EIT WOULD GET TOO WARM.
