| About Me: Fantastic downtown Bethesda townhouse to share |

| Roommate Situation: My roommate is moving out, leaving an open bedroom in our 2br/1ba townhouse in Bethesda/Chevy Chase. Move in would be April 1st. Here are some basic details; I’ll be happy to provide as many more as you like upon request.
-Located in an awesome spot in downtown Bethesda – about a 10-15 minute walk to the Metro (Bethesda station) and within spitting distance of all the restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. CVS in the backyard and Trader Joe’s right across the street from that!
-Available bedroom is medium-sized. It is fully furnished, however that can be negotiated if necessary. It’s upstairs along with my room and the full bath. Big living room, medium dining area, and small kitchen are downstairs. No dishwasher. Laundry facilities are a few doors down and coin-operated. Parking is on-street. Sadly, no pets allowed.
-I’m a very laid-back, hippie ish, vegetarian, 420 friendly, 23-year-old female. I work full-time in the global health field, and pay every bill on time. My bedroom is a mess, but I like to keep the shared spaces somewhat clean, though I am clearly not a neat freak. I have a super chill and hilarious boyfriend who spends a good amount of timehe house (and I at his) – therefore I couldn’t care less how often your sig. other/friends come over, as long as you’re not hosting raucous shindigs on weeknights. I love the bars and a good house party, but I also love sleep.
-All I really care about is that you have a steady source of income that allows you to pay bills on time, and that you are a reasonably functional, rational, and sane human being. Everything else (including gender) is pretty open. It would be cool if we became good friends, but I am also in favor of keeping our own lives.
-Rent (utilities included) is $820/mo and cable is ~$50. Pretty much a steal for this area.
