| Roommate Situation: Hey! My name is Sarah, 27 and I am currently looking for a roommate to move in A.S.A.P. I expect rent upfront and a $200 security deposit, I also expect bills to be paid on time!! I live with 2 guys, one my boyfriend, Chris 25, and the other a friend, Justin 30. We are pretty down to Earth. A few nights out of the week my BF's band plays, but, they usually stophe latest around 11pm on weekdays, if you think you might have a problem with it being loud, your room would be on the 2nd floor and Justin and I can usually sleep right through it or even watch T.V. without any problems. I am pretty much a neat freak so it would be appreciated if you cleaned up after yourself, you can be messy in your room, just not the rest of the house. We have a small dog (skittles) and 2 cats(Guinness & Lilly). We are not a party house but don't mind a little company. We are all smokers but, try not to inside. We do drink alcohol on occasion. And for the most part we are very private people that will keep to themselves most of the time unless invited.
It's a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. There's an upstairs a downstairs and a basement. The basement is sectioned off into 3 parts, a laundry room, a little storage area, and a room where my boyfriend/roommates band plays.
As for the rest of the house it's pretty normal, the ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen w/seating, bathroom w/ bath and shower, and 2 rooms. Our living room has a HDTV with surround sound and extremely comfy couches, The kitchen has all normal appliances and necessities, and a kitchen table. The Dining room is empty but is soon to have a dining room set. One room is occupied by my roommate Justin, who is really chill and hardly ever home. The other room is empty.
As for the 2nd floor, it has 2 rooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is for my boyfriend and I. The other room is unoccupied.
The house is located in the 'Burbs' We have elderly neighbors. We are also half in the woods. There is a brick porch, a driveway, and a struggling garden.
