| Roommate Situation: We are a hard working man & wife team looking to share our home with the right person. No party animals need apply... we live a quiet uncomplicated life and expect to keep it that way. No smokers, drinkers, druggies or anyone unemployed or between jobs... please! Absolutely no pets of any kind. We believe we are offering alot for the money and cannot settle for anything less than a roomate with a solid background. References are a must! 3 previous housing references, 3 previous work references, 3 credit references, 3 personal references required. (NO ACCEPTIONS) We require 4 weeks damage security, ($400.00) 4 weeks advance roomate fee, ($400.00) and first weeks roomate fee ($100.00) Total: $900.00 Use of laundry room would be an additional $10.00 weekly (if desired) for a total of $990.00 to get in. THE PLACE: Quiet, country setting minutes from swimming, boating, fishing camping and other recreation. Centrally located between several towns & small cities for shopping of all kinds. Plowing & Grounds Maintenance is included and there is plenty of parking. The dwelling includes its own entrance, bath will be shared with one other roomate. The room includes a fully applianced kitchen complete with utensiles! The living room doubles up as a bedroom (2 rooms). Utilities included: Heat, hot water, electricity, and we have decided to include cable. All you need is your phone! If you are looking for a sanctuary at an affordable price... this is it!
