| Roommate Situation: I am looking for a male or female roomie that is responsible and clean and does not mind pets. I have 2 Cats and 2 pugs(caged). I do not mind if children are present on the weekend or during the week but only 1 room is avail so it would make it a tight squeeze if you have custody full time. No one in the house smokes so if you do I would prefer you smoke outside in the garage or on the back patio. The rent includes all utilities. There is no cable/sat tv hooked up but i do have cable internet. Also there is no land line in the house. I hate telemarketers calling at 7 am...
About me: I'm 28 never been married and do not have children. I work as an office manager for a construction company from 7 am till 5 pm mon-fri.
I can be a good friend as well as a roomie.
About the house:
The house is located on the north side of Rockville Rd. (US 36) just East of St. Rd. 267. It is in a subdivision. The hall bath will be shared but there is a large linen closet in there. The bedroom has one window in it and a large walk in closet with built in shelves and poles. You will have access to all parts of the house except the other 2 personal bedrooms. I do have an 8x12 shed outside for storage. There is a garage--although not a clean one. There is a laundry room avail. The house has softened water. Currently the house is undergoing a minor fix-up from the last roomie who flooded the bathroom ruining my floors and trim. I am still in the process of painting and doing trim work but floors are down. The house is a bit dusty from the drywall work that had to be done.
