| Roommate Situation: Recently moved into a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house off of state street, and are looking to fill the 3rd room. Washer and Dryer provided, room is unfurnished. Deposit is $167. No pets allowed.
The utlilties are split between the 3 of us, and from the previous tenents, I'm told all the utilities would be like $160he most, and rent is $800 split 3 ways to about $267 a person. The room isn't furnished, but we do have living room furniture and what not. The unit is available now, but the room is being re-carpeted next Wednesday. You would be responsible for signing a one year lease. The Deposit is $167. The area is a secure area of town, it's in a smaller community. I'm a full time student, and a part time worker. | Roommate Situation: 1 bedroom available to the right person in Northwest Boise. You will have your own large bedroom with medium/large size closet. You will also have your own full bathroom to yourself. This is a 3 bedroom condo located off of State Street. You will have your own parking spot in the Garage as well as some storage space in the 3rd bedroom (which I use as an office). I have a small dog that will be living in the house. I will accept other smalls pets if needed. There is a very small fenced yard/patio in the back. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all very open so it makes for a great "social living" situation.
About me: I am a single professional female that works a lot. In my spare time I am running errands, hanging out with friends for dinner and drinks, or trying to find some outdoor activity. I am easy going and respectful of others.
I am looking for: Someone around my age (22-30) that is also busy and doesn't like to lay on the couch at all times! I would prefer a female roommate but that isn't as important as finding the "right" person.
