The home is 10 minutes from downtown and BSU and the mall. There is currently a 27 y/o female roomate non smoker with a cat in the home and looking to fill the other 2 rooms. | Roommate Situation: I have a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house that I am looking to rent a rooms in. It is located at 8888 W. Austin St. Boise, Id. 83714. It is centrally located to the entire Treasure Valley. BSU's doorstep is about 10 minutes away. Meridian is about 5 to 10 minutes away. In fact, you can travel to just about anywhere in under 10 minutes. The house itself is is newly remodeled. It is a great place to call home.
I am asking for $350 a month plus utilities. Utilities are about $100 a month. I am also asking for $150 security deposit. The deposit is refundable if the room is left with normal wear and tear. Roommates must be clean and responsible with paying rent on time and keeping the place a nice environment to live.
On a more personal note, my roommate Chris and I are livinghe house. We are in our early 20's. We are both easy going and easy to get along with. My previous roommate moved out and I am in need of help with the mortgage while I go to school.

| Roommate Situation: I'm a full time single female college student. I also work part time as a cashier and I'm in the Army National Guard. I'm very busy but when I have spare time my favorite thing to do is curl up on the couch to a good movie. I enjoy cooking, reading, tending to house plants and playing with my 9 yr old cat. I'm a fairly clean person but I'm not a freak about it. I do enjoy my privacy as most people do. I enjoy hanging out with friends but I'm not a partier, though a drink now and then is nice. I do not like drama, I avoid it as much as possible. I am very open minded and believe that comprimise is very important to every relationship, be it family or friends.

We live on a corner lot with a fenced yard and would be open to possible pet. I don't smoke or do drugs and very rarely drink so it is no issue to not have it in the house. Depending on the situation may be willing to rent both rooms.

| Roommate Situation: Hi! I am a single mom, 34, with two beautiful boys, ages 5 & 7 that I two weeks of the month. My roommate is building a home so she is moving out. I rent a beautiful home off of State Street and Duncan. I would love to be able to stay there so I do not have to move my boys again.
You would have your own room, use of bathroom, and parking spot in the garage. I have a washer and dryer to use.
I am very outgoing and relaxed. Ok with social person and reasonable partying when my boys are not there. Smoking is ok outside. No pets as my son is allergic. Sorry.
