So this is my deal in shortness. I have been in my new house for about 6 months, nice clean small three bedroom one bath, no photos right now, first place on my own, a few projects left to do buts it’s coming along. Bills are getting overwhelming and need to put some cash aside. I don’t care about sexuality but must be clean. It does have a 6 foot privacy fence around the back yard and a dog house. | Roommate Situation: This house has 4 bed & 3.5 baths with an open floor plan and in-ground pool. The house is a spacious 4000 Sq. Ft. with vaulted ceilings and modern stainless-steel kitchen. It is situated on a double cul-de sac and is very private.
You will be renting one of the two rooms available. The rent is $650 per month. The two over-sized bedrooms we are renting share a Jack & Jill bathroom, so you will only share it with one other person. The interior of the house has fresh paint and new carpets.
The house has a private driveway and a 3 car garage which connects to the laundry room and kitchen. The living room has vaulted 30 ft ceilings, a fireplace, and overlooks the pool and back yard through two floor-to-ceiling windows. The dining room provides access to the multilevel decks and leads to the fenced in pool and patio area.
Our house also has a lower level and two master suites. There is a lower living room, office, and storage room with a walk-in cedar closet. The purpose of these rooms has yet to be determined, master suites excluded.
I have pictures available but the house needs to be seen in person. I described this house at length because my sister and I (brother) are looking to share this house. We are relocating from Pennsylvania and in our late 20’s. We both made a trip to Atlanta a few weeks ago to check out the social climate and decided to establish a residence together. This house is as new to us as it will be for you.
We are seeking roommates that will be social and comfortable to live with. If you are seeking a roof over your head, a place to sleep, and a hot shower; please look at another posting.
However, if you are the kind of roommate that will share in the household responsibilities like; loading the dishwasher, vacuuming the living room, clean the leaves out of the pool (or pay an equal part for a house cleaning service) as well as cooking in or dinning out together…please contact us!
