| Roommate Situation: My house is by Oyster Creek in a beautiful area. It is a a 3/3 house, but the 1st and 2nd floors do not share entrances - they are completely separate. I am renting out the bottom floor. It has 1 bed, 1 bath, and its own kitchen. We would share a laundry room.
