| Roommate Situation: Subletter needed for adorable 2/2 house that's been completely remodeled in the past year by respectful, responsive, and resepctable landlords. HARDWOOD FLOORS, GRANITE, STAINLESS STELL, ENERGY EFFICIENT WASHER AND DRYER IN HOUSE, SAUNA TUB (can be heated for cold nights in a hot tub). House has 2bed/2bath, living room, dining room, huge deck in the back yard with a yard and sauna tub prefect for grilling. (2nd bath's a bit unorthodox but beautiful). Both rooms can hold queen beds. One bedroom is 11'x11' with a half walk in closet and the other is 12'4"x11'6" with a walk in closet. There is tons of storage in the house... linen closetic, and shed. Must be DOG-FRIENDLY as I have 2 small cockapoo which are hypo-allergenic, non-shedding, fully trained and respectful of house. Limit is 2 dogs for lease.
