| Roommate Situation: I am looking for a RESPONSIBLE roommate for an apartment rental at Las Olas by the River. I am looking for someone about 24-37 years old. You would have your own private bedroom (with lots of closet space), a PRIVATE bathroom as well as use of the common areas including a washer & dryer. The rent is $800 + 1/2 of the utilities. No last month is required and the security deposit is only $250. This unit has lots of UPGRADES including granite and stainless steel in the kitchen as well as nice light fixtures and fans.
