| Roommate Situation: hey my name is teran i have a 2 bedroom 2 bath right now my curent roomate can not pay all of his bills and i am working to get him off my leace i have already bought everything needed for the apartment such as t.v.'s for all three room : living room and both bedrooms, kitchen as everything needed to cook with and eat on pots, pans, plates, cups etc. there are two couches and a dinning table the ur bed room would have a coffe table tv and dresser already in it that is mine and u are welcome to use if needed if not we have a storage closet that is pretty much empty except for a few things. the rent is 600 a month electric comes out to about 150 and cable and internet is about 200 i am working on getting the lowest plan possible to make it alot cheaper water and trash is about 20 dollors a month i need someone to move in ASAP all that u would need to pay at move in would be the $100 aplication fee to the apartment complex which does include a credit check and the first monthes bills i need someone who will clean up after themselves and there guest who will pay all there bills on time and respect other peoples things i do have people over for dinner sometimes its never more than about 5 and its never later than 12:30 i work 11-7 and am starting school in january i have a boyfriend who does sleep over somtimes when im home im not really there alot maybe a couple nights a week if there are any other questions please contact

All utilities included (even high speed internet and expanded cable). Furnished with trundle bed (a twin bed that has another twin which can pop up to become a king sized bed), table and shelves (all can be removed). Private bedroom (with spacious walk in closet) and private bath (with shower and bath tub). Complex has a pool. I have two hairless (Chinese Crested) dogs that stay with me on the weekends mostly. :) I am in a long term relationship and my partner stays over mostly on the weekends as well.
