| Roommate Situation: I am a 28 year old male. I am a very chill artist and musician. No Drama. Not smoker friendly and im not into drinking or my roommates being drunk. No animals please. The House is in a great location it is 1/2 mile north of downtown Clearwater and 3 miles South of downtown Dunedin. The house has access to the intercoastal waterway and Seminole Marina is one block away. If you like fishing or just being on the water like i do there is a john boat and canoe available to the house. You will have to share the bathroom, which has been nicely remodeled and is never a mess. The room has a queen bed and a small closet with shelving. Nice living space! Great front porch! oh and there is a really nice weight set on the back deck. The only maintenance on the house or yard you will be in charge of is your space.

| Roommate Situation: I'm looking for the perfect roommate and willing to hold out for the right person. I recently bought a beautiful, spacious townhouse less than 1/10th of a mile from the water. It has an open floor plan with lots of light and has been professionally decorated. All tile and hardwood floors, high-end stainless steel appliances and tons of upgrades throughout. I have a two car garage with plently of room for storage and there is parking for two cars in the driveway. You would have your choice of two of my large guest bedrooms (one has a larger closet and the other has vaulted ceilings). You would also have my large guest bath mostly to yourself except when I have guests visiting. The development is a small intimate neighborhood located directly on the Pinellas Trail (we have our own private gate access to the trail).
