| Roommate Situation: I am 29, a middle school teacher, and I have my own video game development buisness. I do have a cat, he is very box trained, and only claws the ugly green couch...when i get leather furniture he is getting de-clawed. I am a clean person, I cant leave anything out for more than a day. I am not a party guy, I dont drink, and as long as someone isnt comming home drunk late at night makin all kinds of noise I dont care. No partieshe apartment mostly because the place isnt exactly sound proof. Plus parties are better went to than had...cause afterwards your place doesnt smell like puke. I am chill, and have a stress free environment. but in order to fund my buisness i need to split my bills in half. my only rules are pay rent, keep the place clean, and after 11pm no loud noise...gotta get up early for work.
