| Roommate Situation: We're two 29 year old guys with a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment looking for someone to replace our 3rd roommate because he's moving out. You would be sharing the bathroom with one of the roommates. Rent includes water, but not electricity, cable, etc. You'll have your own parking spot. LARGE living room, good sized kitchen and great location - a short bike ride from the beach and about 5 minutes from CSULB. Just around the corner from laundry-mat, liquor store and a few food places.
