| Roommate Situation: The location: A lovely spot on lower Haight Street at a crossroads in between Hayes Valley, Lower Haight and the Mission- three kick ass and very different neighborhoods. Two blocks from Market Street so jumping on public transportation (or the highway) is a snap!
The House: We have the upper two floors of a gorgeous Victorian- it's got it all- the high ceilings, hardwood floors, big windows. It's a six bedroom house with LOTS of common space- a dining room, living room, and two dens one upstairs and one down, as well as a big, very workable kitchen and a small deck. We also have three bathrooms so that's never an issue. And free laundry!! Yay!
About the roommate's: We're all fun 20 somethings- four professionals and one grad student. We all get along very nicely and hang out often in addition to hanging out with other friends. Very respectful, chill and fun bunch. There are three girls and two guys and we would ideally like to have another male in the house but cool girls are very welcome as well. It's an open, friendly house- we have dinner parties occasionally when schedules allow and it's a great house if you have visitors. Our roommate who is moving out would like to do so as soon as possible- he has decided that he would like to move into a studio.
The room is HUGE with an additional small room off the side which could be an office, storage room or one killer closet. House is furnished- room is unfurnished but he may be open to negotiating leaving some of the items there such as a desk and dresser.
Please let me know if you have interest as we need to find someone ASAP. No cats, dogs are ok- we have no race/sexual preference- diversity is good. Look forward to hearing from you!

Beautiful apartment building, with utilities included in rent fee and laundry room in basement. A must see! I am looking for someone who is clean (but not obsessively so), considerate, friendly and will pay their rent on time. I am easy to get along with and completely respectful of your privacy.
The building is within walking distance to SF's best restaurants, bars, clubs and all transportation lines.
