| Roommate Situation: I've got a room opening up in my flat. I live in the western addition post and broderick is the intersection. It's a big flat, living room, big kitchen, guest room, craft room-which is a mess but I'm gonna get it organized one day soon. The house is completely furnished and fully equipped with everything one needs less a stuff for your room.
I'm looking for someone who is CLEAN and willing to clean on a rotating weekly calendar, working, working class, not into heavy drugs or living in a party house. While I do love vistors I'm not into your partner spending the night here more than once or twice a week- no third roommate is desired so no couples please.
Dont get me wrong I like to have a good time, have dinner parties, play some dominoes, but I'm a homebody and I work mon-fri get up at 6 am so late night party house this aint. I would like this person to be a little older I'm 42 and would like to live with someone who's settled and wants a home rather than a room as well.
Sorry no dogs or cats but I do have a incredibly cute english bulldog Tug who loves folks.
I drink,I smoke in the house I smoke weed in the house I eat meat, I watch bad reality TV, and I'm not the most PC person you'll ever meet so I'm not gonna be the perfect roommate for some.
We have a laundry room downstairs, plenty of parking if you drive, near several bus lines 38, 22, 24, & the 1 California if you dont 10 minute bike ride the mission - or so I'm told.
The rent is $900. Deposit is $1200 we split cable ($38 each) wifi ($18 each), and household fund (keeps us in TP cleaning supplies dish soap ect $15 each) monthly. It's available April 1st. If your interested shoot me an email and we can set up a time.

I work for an investmenty company and have a 1 bedroom apartment, perfectly located in the heart of san francisco! cable cart stops in front of the door on powell street!! :-)
If you need a temporary stay, like a few nights in SF while you look for your own apartment then I can rent out my bedroom or living room to you. I am not home a lot and I dont mind helping you out. Please note that this is for short term only, not long term. A few days, one week...just so that you can go and look for your own apartment in SF! I only ask that you are clean, social and trust worthy.
rate: $75 per night. includes all utilities and internet usage.
