amazing room, in an amazing flat in Hayes Valley available as of Jan 1st.
We are 25 and 26years old, we have a new baby, we are very clean (we hope our next tenant is too.) The 2 bedroom apartment is furnished.
You would have free range of the flat, the shared back yard. The other tenants in the building are great, mostly keep to themselves unless you need something, a cup of sugar or a built
in locksmith.
We have a dishwasher and awasher dryer in our
flat (NOT coin op!)
We will be in the the master bedroom with a nurseryached and you
would have a large room right across the hall from the shared split
bathroom (so awesome for housemate living)
We mostly keep to ourselves, but we're friendly. Not looking for a best friend situation, but we love to be
around great people. We are free thinker, open minded and genuine people. We would have to have a roommate agreement upon move in to meet each others expectations in a living situation. We are looking for someone who is Clean and Responsible.
We are both college graduates and not into the party scene with our little one hanging out. I graduated from SFSU with my BA in Art dual emphasis in Painting and Art Education and I am a nanny in the evenings. My Husband is working on his thesis for his MFA in Film
and will be done in May! He works with developmentally delayed senior citizens. We have been together for
nine years and have been married for over a year now.
The room is big with one window a huge closet with sliding mirror doors, an overhead light, molding around the ceiling, door and closet...unfurnished and it's very nice! Hardwood floors throughout the flat and
checkered linoleum in the kitchen. The total
rent for the apartment is $2450.00/mo.
So the rent for the room would be $1,000.00/mo. We can talk further about utilities, the water is covered by the landlord and the rest is never that much.
The flat is over 100 years old equipped with cove ceilings and tons of character. No storage unfortunately. Huge Kitchen that makes cooking so much fun. A fantastic landlord who is never around. The top floor of a three unit building with young nice tenants. We are in the heart
of Hayes Valley and though parking can be hard, our little one way street always has a space for people and there is parking available in
lots nearby for a hefty price. We have great neighbors
and there is a great sense on community living in Hayes valley.

Dont get me wrong I like to have a good time, have dinner parties, play some dominoes, but I'm a homebody and I work mon-fri get up at 6 am so late night party house this aint. Sorry no dogs or cats but I do have a incredibly cute english bulldog Tug who loves folks.
I drink,I smoke in the house I smoke weed in the house I eat meat, I watch bad reality TV, and I'm not the most PC person you'll ever meet so I'm not gonna be the perfect roommate for some.
We have a laundry room downstairs, plenty of parking if you drive, near several bus lines 38, 22, 24, & the 1 California if you dont 10 minute bike ride the mission - or so I'm told.
The rent is $900. Deposit is $1200 we split cable ($38 each) wifi ($18 each), and household fund (keeps us in TP cleaning supplies dish soap ect $15 each) monthly. It's available April 1st. If your interested shoot me an email and we can set up a time.

The apartment is a four bedroom apartment, with a living space, kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a backdoor patio. It is near a grocery store, two laundromats, and the 5, 31, and 43 bus lines. It is a block away from USF campus.
The room itself is large enough to fit a queen sized bed (and then some) and has a closet and a lock on the door.
The rent is $900, water included. Comcast and PGE are paid separately, and the bill is never more than $50.
My roommates are three males students at USF. They're all pretty chill guys who know when to be studious, but love to have some fun.

Please note that this is for short term only, not long term. A few days, one week...just so that you can go and look for your own apartment in SF!
