Roommate Situation: Hi my name is Dana, I'm 26 and am a student full time and also work full time in child care. I also have an awesome dog named Barkly, so he's good times. My boyfriend Aramis and I have a great 9 1/2 x 12 size room (couldnt get a good angle in pic sorry) plus huge closet space for rent in a perfect part of Clairemont; next to all shopping, freeways and both UCSD & Mesa colleges. The room available is the one with the one window to the right in the picture below, so theres lots of light in front, and won't be furnished. The condo has all recreation facilities, small gym, olypic size pool, and game room; all about 50 feet away. More about the inside...it's a 2 story 2 1/2 bath so you would be sharing with Michelle our sweet other roommate. There is a bathroom downstairs so not to worry haha. There's a patio and nice size living room, kitchen and dining room areas...so pretty spacious. There is a washer and dryer here, and of course you'd have all privlages and use of the house. I'm looking for someone who's laid back, (please no drama) and who's quiet and CLEAN is a must, but still sociable. The rent is $600 and that includes the digital cable with all movie channels, and only $10 more if you want internet. The only other expenses would be 1/4 of the utilities which is usually around $50, and $12 for the housekeeper every two weeks, (def perk having her)! There is a $500 deposit.
