| Roommate Situation: I have a room avail in a 1 bed/1 bath apt. I have converted half of the living room into my own room, and you will have the main bedroom. Also included is your own covered parking spot. There is brand new carpet and paint in the room and the apt has hardwood floors in the living room and dining room.
A little about me... I'm a 24 y/o female looking for another female to share this apt with. I like to have fun, but I go to school and work full time, so I don't bring it home with me... I do however enjoy having company over every now and then. This is a very quiet and respectful building.
I am looking for someone who is stable in their job and is laid back and picks up after themselves. you don't have to be a neat freak, just respect "our" living areas pleeeeaaaase! :)
Utilities are very inexpensive and with gas/elect/cable/internet/phone, your portion wouldn't be more than 80 dollars (and that's a HUGE stretch)
There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and in the bedroom, but it never gets so hot to where you have to turn it on.... but now worries if it does!

| Roommate Situation: Hello! We are looking for a wonderful new roommate to fill the empty master bedroom, available ASAP. Desperately need someone for the WHOLE Month of MARCH!
About us: Fun, pleasant, respectful, work hard but play hard. Ages
24-25. 2 guys and 3 girls (not couples). Can be seen walking to The
Third Stop (around the corner) many nights for dinner and drinks. The Beverly Center, and trendy Robertson Blvd are a 5 min. walk away.
About the apartment: Large penthouse-style apartment. There are 6
bedrooms, so there are no shared rooms. Large kitchen, dining, living
space. The master bedroom is large, and has a large private bathroom as well as a door that can close it off from the rest of the apartment.
The lease is up in May and there is the option to renew with the others. I am replacing myself because I purchased a condo that I had to move into and so my old room-- the master is available. This is a great way to see if its a good fit because if not you can walk away in May. However I'm sure once you live there you won't want to leave. | Roommate Situation: Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed/2 bath apartment adjacent to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. It's a fairly large, charming apartment north of Wilshire between La Cienega and Fairfax. It's in an excellent location in a quiet, nice neighborhood: steps from Beverly Hills, 10 min walk to Beverly Center, Beverly Connection, 3rd Street, etc., short drive to the Grove, shares zip code with West Hollywood (ie West Hollywood is super-close). The apartment has full kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is on the 2nd level of a 3 story building (about 20 units total). There's a large balcony off the living room; great for BBQ'ing and enjoying the LA weather. The building has laundry room that doesn't get much use, so washers and dryers are usually available. Your room is pretty big and gets a lot of sunlight; also has a fairly large closet (not walk-in, but still big). Your bathroom is a bit small, so if this is a deal-breaker for you, this isn't your apartment. It has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, and is across the hall from your bedroom.
I'm a friendly 26 year old female and work from 9 or 10AM until about 7PM, Mon - Fri at a job I've had for over 3 years. I don't do any drugs but do drink with friends occasionally, and I usually don't have people over, but every once in a while, a friend or two will drop by.
I'm looking for an easygoing and responsible roommate with a full-time job. I prefer to live with a female, but normal, clean-ish, non-psychotic men will also be considered. Please no drugs, wild parties, or drama, and please be friendly and respectful. You don't have to be insanely clean, but I prefer to keep the common areas of the apartment reasonably neat and uncluttered and not let the sink fill up with dirty dishes.
