Hello my name is Elba .I live with my husband my sister in law and my 19 month old son. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 story town home style apartment in a very nice quiet neighborhood with shopping center, star bucks just one block away, parks near by. There is 2 bedrooms in the second floor one belongs to my sister in law and the other is occupied by me my husband and my son. We have an extra bedroom with own private spacious very nice bathroom on the first floor that we would like to rent to someone (a female). The bedroom is available to move in immediately. You will have full use of the kitchen. The rent is $650 (a deposit of up to one months rent may be ask) with utilities included as well as cable we need someone responsible that will have the rent by the 1st of every month .We are looking for a female renter preferably a student. Definitely no partying in the house, no overnight guest. Please keep in mind that there will be a child living there so we would like someone that likes kids that wont mind that’s respectful person that’s going to take care of the house just like we do that’s clean and that’s definitely drama free.
