| Roommate Situation: Hello! I am pretty easy going. My job keeps me on the road often. I have a 1BR/1BA private apartment for rent that adjoins my new 4300 sqft home in Bryant, Arkansas. The private apartment is 1200 sqft and has a private entrance, full kitchen, walk-in closet, and alarm system. In the picture, the apartment is over the portico and garage. Water, Trash, Basic Direct TV, and Basic Wireless Internet are included with the rent. The apt is semi-furnished (recliner, coach, bed, nightstands), but I can move them out if they are not needed. I do have one son, but since this apartment is a private residence, it should not be a problem.
