| Roommate Situation: The house is a tri-level home. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and downstairs there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a large living room that I have nice furniture in and a big screen television. Then there is a large kitchen with tons of cupboard space and a nice area for a kitchen table. Downstairs, there is a pool table and fireplace and above the fireplace is a flat screen television. The washer and dryer are downstairs as well. Outside, there is a nice pebbletech pool with water fall and great landscaping (no grass though). There is pool decking all around though.
I also have two dogs.

The bedroom has new paint and carpet, a ceiling fan, double-door closet and basic cable but no phone jack. To get the internet, you'll just need a wireless modem. The bath is a few steps down the hall and it's all yours. The kitchen is fully equipped so there's no need to load yourself down with dishes, silverware, etc... You will get a set of cupboards in the kitchen for dry goods, a shelf in the frig for your perishables and a shelf in the hall closet for towels/linens. You are welcome to use the pool but it has no fence so children are not allowed. About me...I am single, working full-time and studying for my Project Mgr. certification test. I'm responsible, reliable, creative, and thoughtful with a quirky sense of humor. I have people-friendly cats and according to my last roommate, you will not smell them as I keep the litter box clean and its located in the 3rd bedroom. I like to keep the common areas of the house tidy and clear of personal items. Please no smoking, drugs or overnight house guests. | Roommate Situation: Hey my name is Brandon to tell you a little bit about myself im 24 years old who is originally from Arizona. I was in the army for four years, and am now working for the City of Chandler.
To tell you a little bit about the house, Ive got a four bedroom house (1800 sq ft) near Higley and Williams Field in Gilbert. You would be getting two bedrooms for the price of one. The house has a swimming pool and a large back yard. Ive also got a game room including a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table. Both bedrooms are not furnished so you will have to provide your own furniture.
Im looking for either a straight or lesbian female, who has a stable job and will pay the rent on time. Im looking for someone that will help keep the common area's clean. Outside smokers are ok, and no pets allowed. I work a somewhat of an odd schedule (Fri-Mon 2:30pm to 12:30am) so im looking for someone who has a flexable schedule and will be ok with me having some friends over during my weekend (tues or wed night).
