| Roommate Situation: We are looking for a new roommate to start January 1st or late December if possible. We are located off of Locust and Ponderosa Parkway in the Town Homes that are tan with red trim, right behind the school.

It's close to Buffalo Park and about a <5-10 min drive to Downtown/ NAU
Everything is pretty close in Flagstaff!

We are both recent NAU graduates working full time in Flagstaff. We enjoy meeting new people and love life. We are friendly, outgoing and enjoy hanging out together. However we are very busy with our own schedules. We are looking for another person who is responsible, flexible, active, clean, and who is considerate of others and their space. We prefer to have someone under 26 yrs old and female yet are open to a male.

| Roommate Situation: About ME My name is James, I moved to flagstaff in Dec of last year, toend NAU and studying Fire Science. As for a roommate I am looking for a person who is easy going and can hold up there end of things, as well as being respectful to themself and to others and In return i will be respectful as well.
Now about the apartment rent//fees I would like $475 a month and a $100 deposit. Rent is due 5 days before the 1st of the month. Utilities will be set at $50 a month Minimum of 6 months’ rent time is what i am looking for.
Note: I keep really crazy sleeping scheduling due to work and school schedules.

| Roommate Situation: The $865 is split in two because of my friend that would still live their, as well as the utilities. The Deposit is already paid for. The Apartment is two bed rooms, with 1.5 baths, only the main one has a shower. The Master Bed will be available because I made a baseball team in Phoenix and I need to Move there now, so My friend will still be there and He needs a roomate. He is 18, plays sports, is really laid back, and has a puppy. The Kitchen is huge, there is plenty of room for anyones stuff, there is closets everywhere, and the complex is pretty cheap for how much you would pay.

| Roommate Situation: I have a 910 sq ft townhome on S. Lake Mary. My master bedroom (not huge, however) has 2 closets for clothes. In the room, I have a twin bed, computer desk and dresser type (used for storing crafts now) furniture. I also have a dog who is very sweet. Looking for someone who loves dogs and doesn't mind her hangin' on the sofa when you are at home. She doesn't shed nor stink but loves people. My place is not a party place, but BBQ's outside is all I'd prefer. It's not the roomiest place and limited seating inside.

| Roommate Situation: I am a laid back clean and easy going guy, I'm easy to get along with. There is another roommate living here he is just an all around nice guy. The room 10 feet by 14 and is furnished, also has a full size bed. All you need is the sheets pillow and blankets. The house is very nice, sits on top of a little mountain has a balcony with a sweet grill. Allhe end of the street so no traffic comes by.
