This apartment complex is definitely the place to be. If you have driven by on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday you will have seen the 100 people or so trying to get in. This complex is without a doubt the most exclusive apartment complex in the valley. Now for info about the apartment and the complex.
My apartment is located on the 4th floor with an awesome view. The cool thing about living on the fourth floor is that all the amenities are only a short walk away because they're also located on the fourth floor. Also the balconies on the fourth floor are the biggest in the complex. The apartment comes with free internet (Wi-fi also included) and basic cable. Electricity is extra but is split amongst three people which usually comes out to about0 dollars apiece. Also with my unit I'm offering my parking spot for the first half of the lease for free. The parking is $1000.00 for the year broken into two payments of $500.00. I already paid for the first half as an incentive I will give it to whoever rents my apartment for free.
I live with a cool outgoing guy. We have a three bedroom but are other roommate moved out last month because he was called back into active duty in the military. So, as of now its just the two of us living in the three bedroom. We currently converted his room into a computer room. So, if you move in you will only have one roommate and basically a spare bedroom to have friends stay over in or use a study room. I by no means want to move but have been offered a better opportunity to go to Grad school on the east coast. So, I'm trying to get out of my lease asap. Also if you are interested in moving in this month I will pay the Novembers rent for you. So you move in and have almost 3 weeks of free rent. My loss is your gain. Act fast these apartments are going quick and specially with free parking offered for the first half of the year this will GO FAST!!!!

| Roommate Situation: I have an extra bedroom less than a mile from ASU and Mill Ave on 5th St in Tempe. It's a townhouse with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs; living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. The community has a small pool and hot tub. It's a 10 minute bike ride to the center of campus and a 15 minute walk to Mill Ave or the Tempe Beach Park. Great place for a student.
The extra bedroom measures 10'x13.5' with a long closet. The room includes a small desk and twin matress w/ boxspring if you need them, otherwise I can get rid of them.
I'm a 24 year old laid back guy. I do like to party on my free weekends but I'm very busy with a full time job and graduate classes. I'm pretty responsible but still act like a college student. I'm respectful and accomodating as a roommate if you're the same.
No smoking inside, but it's fine if you smoke outside, like on the front porch or on my balcony. I prefer no pets, unless it's small and not loud or messy. I prefer a male roommate, just cause I think I'd get along better.
Rent is $525 plus half of utilities (usually $80 APS and $32.95 COX). I won't require any term length, just month by month.

The house has tile floors throughout the downstairs, with carpet in the living room and all the way through the second floor. The house is bright, painted a clean white with many windows that allow ample sunshine.
The rooms for rent are spacious, have multiple electric sockets, phone/internet and cable jacks, closet space, 3 speed ceiling fans, and wooden blinds. Both bathrooms share a clean, modern bathroom with Delta fixtures (sink, toilet), and a shower and bathtub.
The house has a one car garage, with the washer and dryer inside (and plenty of room to park a car), driveway out front for additional parking, plus the use of the shared spaces within the set of townhouses.
The house is perfect for students as it sits right on the Orbit Mercury route (10 mins to campus), the light rail is within 5 minutes walking distance, as is the Post Office, and several stores and restaurants are very close by including Four Peaks and the Big Fish Pub. The house is just under 2 miles away from the campus.
Smokers ok, as long as it is outside. No hardcore partiers, keep it more to the weekends. The property is beautiful, quiet, and extremely clean.
I'm in school full-time, work part-time, not a big partyer, but hang out with my friends every so often.

The house has a pool and grass yard, washer and dryer, satilite TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. I am a very laid back guy who is easy to get along with. I have a furnished beroom for rent complete with dark cherry queen sleigh bed 2 large dressers and night stand. You would have your own bathroom with tub shower. I do have some available storage in the garage. The Villagio is a gated community, I am located right in front of a large green space and your parking pass would be included as well as cleaning service twice monthly. I do have pets, 2 cats and one puppy, all very friendly.

| Roommate Situation: Looking for female ASU student to take over my lease at Vista Del Sol.
The apartment is amazing! I just can't afford to keep my lease and study abroad :/
It is one private bedroom and bathroom in a 4 bed/bath unit
Each door has a deadbolt in addition to the front door so you are ensured total privacy!
There are free tanning beds! A resort style pool and a 24 hour gym!
Plus there are shops and take out right on site!
Rent seems a bit high at first, but if you take into account water, sewage, trach, cable, internet and a parking pass/bus pass to get to class... it is actually less expensive! It includes it all!
If you take over my lease I will give you either $300 or the rest of August free!
PLUS! A brand new ipod touch that has never been opened.
