About the house:
The house itself was built in 2002 and is/was a model house with all kinds of upgrades. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances. If you need to ride the bus, there is a bus stop literally in front of my house. (route 421). If you drive, you can park your car in the drive way or on the street. Also included in the price are AC, internet, cable, satellite (BEV & DISH), fax, copier, and all utilities. You will also be granted access to The Tuscany Club, which hosts all kinds of activities, from volleyball, badminton, basketball and many more.
You will have your bedroom, private bathroom and a spare room, that can be used for whst ever...

Bus stop across the street that takes you right to the Summerset/Bridlewood train station - easy commute to downtown or whereever. Also have an extra parking spot if you have a vehicle.
Must be cat-friendly and tidy. Smoking is OK, but has to be on the patio. $475 everything included - cable (including movie channels), Internet and all other utilities. Have an ensuite washer and dryer as well.
This is a short-term rental right now - for August, September and October (three months) - with a possibility to extend. Must be ready to move in August 1.
