| Roommate Situation: I am a 26 year old working professional that is needing to rent a room with someone who will accept multiple pets. I recently went through a divorce and am trying to get back on my feet. I am a VERY clean person, non-smoker, quiet and trustworthy.
I have 3 dogs (2 small dachshund and a med. size boxer mix as well as a cat) I understand this may be alot of pets for someone. In the past when I have rented a room, I keep my pets in there at all times of course except for when I take them outside to do their business. They are very friendly well behaved animals. I pick up after them and you would not even know they were there except for the occasional barking when someone comes home or rings a door bell. They are great guard dogs in that sense!
I would like to stay under 500.00 a month including utilities. I prefer an unfurnished room as I have so much furniture in storage, I will not need any furniture,. A private bath would be a plus but I can share as well.
I am very responsible and organized and I am looking to live with someone that will respect my privacy and is safe to live with. I prefer living with another female for obvious reasons but will consider a male upon an interview. Please let me know if you have any interest or questions for me.
I work near the Galleria area so i am open to any areas within reason of my place of work. By this I mean no more then 30-45 min drive. Thanks!
