| Roommate Situation: Hello, I am a 33yr old male, I have a job, I have a car, I am single and looking to live somewhere new. I work in Richardson and would like to find something close to work, but I will live wherever I have to to survive. I dont do drugs, I drink on occasion, I dont go out much, I have kids but they dont live with me. I am looking for responsible roommates, I am not into getting the power or water cut off because the bill hasnt been paid. I just want to live as stress free and simple as possible. As for the room I dont want much, just electricity, A/C, and a closet. I am very mellow and easy to get along with, I am trying to move into somewhere around the end of this month. Im not looking for anything short term, im thinking of staying right around a year, so I can save to get my own house. Please let me know if you have something available. Also I would be willing to work off the rent if possible, I know how to do just about anything and fix just about anything around the house and I have worked on cars most of my life. Im not looking to spend much, around $300 a month would be perfect
