| Roommate Situation: I'm an IT professional who needs a room in Nashville for a while. I am the "ideal" roommate in that I am practically invisible. I pay cash for a place to sleep, shower and leave my stuff over the weekend when I go home. I don't party, smoke, have pets, like loud music or have other invasive habits. I eat out for almost all meals. I'm not looking for new relationships...just an inexpensive, convenient place to stay. I prefer to keep it under $500/month, but could exceed that for the right place. I prefer to roommate with a female or a couple, as I don't want to party or deal with the usual male interactions, and the housekeeping shortcomings of most single males. Again, I'm not looking for new relationships of any sort, or any interpersonal drama...just a place to sleep.

| Roommate Situation: I'm a professional self employed freelance editor and courier. I would prefer renting in a house that has a private entrance and either a very large room with a full bath, or a smaller room with another room I could use as an office. It would be nice if the living area was actually an "apartment" of sorts, but not absolutely necessary. I'm looking to save a few bucks and split the cost of utilities, or particularly to have cost of utilities included in the rent. I work from home a lot, so have to have relative peace and quiet...can't live with a drummer! I don't smoke (and I mean ANYTHING) and don't like being around it. I also don't drink or party (no, I'm not dull and boring..I just quit all that about six years ago) ...mainly I just want a nice, quiet place where I can do my work and live in comfort and cleanliness, in a place where our personal space (and things) are mutually respected. Integrity is a must. I practice it, and I insist upon it. I am "older," but very young-minded and do not really have a lot in common with many people my age. Used to hanging out with younger people...though 20s is a bit too young. Thanks!
