| Roommate Situation: Hi! I'm looking to rent a room in an **all female apt.** starting this June for 08-09 since I'm starting my clinical rotations this summer.
I'm a 2nd yr female med student and I'm looking to move to anywhere downtown Manhattan (chelsea, west village, east village, c-town, les, etc.). I predict that I won't be around the apt that much since I'll behe hospital and/or studying but really would need a place near the 1,2,3 or L,F,V lines.
Overall, I can stretch my budget to $1300(or less) for rent, utilities, cable, etc. As a roommate, I'm pretty low key, responsible, very clean (not obsessive but hygienic), respectful of others' space/noise levels/privacy/etc., definitely open to communication about apt needs/wants, and am over all laid back and approachable. I expect the same from my roommate(s).
