Roommate Situation: 27 Y/O Architectural Designer on the hunt for a room in Williamsburg within walking distance from the L Train. My Clientele are located in Manhattan, Albany, Buffalo, Pittsfield, and California. I leave Thursday morning for upstate, come back to NYC Sunday night. - FAGS are cool. Gay friendly a must. -Mom would kill me if I left a spoon in the sink.. -Long Hair in the bathtub just isnt cool. -Yes I pay my bills on time, I cant pay them though if I dont know how much I owe you (aka no funny business..) -I hate the smell of cigarettes, but, I smoke. Clean smoker, always outside. Stupid cigarettes. -When the door is shut, I like to be left alone. -ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA please -Why cant we be friends, why cant we be friends.. I like social people, I just may be too busy to socialize. Summary: Basically I am a simple, easy to get along with guy. I have lived with strangers before and found it to be very enjoyable, once in San Francisco for nine months, the other in Boston for six. I dont mind partying, drinking or loud music (I produce Electronic Music on the side) but I do need to sleep at night.
