| Roommate Situation: Hello I have a great house on the west side of Albuquerque. I have a room and private bath room for rent. The house is in a nice neighborhood that is 5 min away from downtown and 2 min away from I-40. The house has a fire place and a great back yard city view. Im am a full-time student as well as full time career. Im gone most of the time and at night Im usually going out so you prob wont see me much unless your coming with me. My name is David. I am a 47 year old professional male. My girlfriend and I are splitting up, and I need a place to live. I have few requirements: in addition to my regular job, I have a small business doing remodeling and construction. Most of my things (including tools) are in storage, but there are a few large things that I would need to have a place for (air compressor, compound miter saw, planer, etc). I also have 3 small dogs (terrier crosses) that I would like to bring with me.
I work most days between these two jobs, and generally clean up after myself. I respect other people’s privacy and property and expect the same. I don’t do drugs or smoke and rarely (3x a year) drink wine.
